HiredIn Pulse

Hiring health,
in one honest number.

A single score out of 100, built from your funnel, speed, quality and momentum data. Every number opens onto the actual candidates behind it.

Click a pillar to see why.

The score is a blend of four weighted pillars. Click any one to see the real metric behind it, and the candidates it's based on.

Illustrative example, not a live account

Every pillar is normalized against a real-world best and worst case, then clamped to 0-100, so one outlier candidate can't swing the whole score. If a pillar can't be measured, it's dropped and the rest of the score is reweighted rather than counted as a zero.

First response time

First response time and stage-to-stage velocity: the parts of the process your team actually controls.

3 candidates waiting over 48 hours for a first response

  • J. Okafor · Platform Engineer
Applied 3 days ago, no response yet
  • R. Almeida · Product Designer
Applied 2 days ago, no response yet
  • S. Novak · Account Executive

Built to be fair

Recruiters aren't scored on what they can't control.

Those numbers are paced by a candidate's own circumstances, not by how well your team is working.

Counts toward the score
  • Response speed
  • Stage-to-stage velocity
  • Shortlist-to-hire conversion
Shown for context, not scored
  • Time-to-hire

What the score won't do
< 10

candidates in a rolling 90-day window, and Pulse won't show a score at all. A number built on a handful of people is a coincidence, not a health score.

0

credit given for a suspiciously perfect journey. If a tenant's candidates look unrealistically fast (usually a demo clicked through in minutes), Pulse drops Speed from the blend instead of rewarding the noise.

For agencies

Client health, not just agency health.

Score every client separately, and click into one to filter the entire page (funnel, speed, quality, aging reqs) to that client alone. The difference between "the agency looks fine" and "Client X is quietly failing."

The hiring funnel

Six stages, and the drop that actually matters.

Counted from applications directly, and from the deepest stage a candidate ever reached, so a skipped step never breaks the shape of the funnel.

What's on the screen

One screen, computed from one snapshot.

Every panel comes from the same server-side call, so the pillar bars and the plain-English explanation underneath them can never disagree.

  • Pulse Score card, with its band
  • Pillar breakdown: Speed, Flow, Quality, Momentum
  • Health by client, click to filter the whole page
  • Hiring funnel, six stages, biggest drop-off flagged
  • Speed tiles: first response and stage velocity (scored); time-to-hire and time-to-fill (context only)
  • Interview-to-hire conversion against a 1-in-2 target
  • Source-to-hire: which channels actually convert
  • Open requisitions, sorted by age, stale ones flagged

Secure by construction. Tenant scope is set server-side from your session, never from a request parameter. An agency can't see another tenant's numbers by editing a URL, and filtering to one client can only narrow what you see, never widen it.

See where to act, not just how you did.
