How HiredIn
actually works

One reference for every side of the platform: what an employer, a job seeker, and a staffing agency can each do, in the order they'd actually do it.

Choose your side

Three audiences, one platform

HiredIn is the same system underneath, but the day-to-day looks different depending on who's logged in. Pick a tab to see the real workflow.

For Employers

Run your whole hiring loop from one place

From posting a role to a signed offer, with sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interview scoring handled for you along the way.

Account types

  • Company Admin: full control of the account
  • Authorized Admin: a second full-access seat
  • Operations User: runs day-to-day hiring operations
  • Department Admin: scoped to specific departments or locations
  • Developer: scoped access for integration work

How it works, step by step

  1. 01

    Set up your company

Create your company profile (industry, locations, logo, billing address) and invite your team into the roles above. Each seat gets its own granular permissions for what it can view, edit, or delete.

  2. 02

    Post a role

Create a job tied to a specific company location. It's immediately visible across every sourcing surface below.

  3. 03

Source candidates from four places at once

Search HiredIn's own job seeker database, review seekers your team has added directly, pull in LinkedIn-sourced profiles, or capture candidates from any site using the HiredIn Chrome Extension. They land in an “External Prospects” queue scoped to your company.

  4. 04

Let AI run the first screen

Send applicants a pre-screening link. An AI interviewer asks questions by voice or text, scores the responses, and moves the candidate's status forward automatically, so no one on your team has to sit through every first-round call.

  5. 05

    Schedule without the back-and-forth

The system reads your interviewers' Google or Microsoft calendars, ranks the best available slots with AI, and lets the candidate confirm one. A Zoom meeting is created automatically: no email chains.

  6. 06

Get an evidence-linked scorecard from every round

Interviews are transcribed live in Zoom. Afterward, each round gets an AI-generated report and scorecard, plus a bias-detection pass that flags risky language by severity (info, warning, or critical) with the exact quote and timestamp attached.

  7. 07

Track every candidate through one pipeline

Matched → Applied → Shortlisted → Pre-screening sent → Pre-screening completed → Contacted → Interview scheduled → Interviewed → Offer accepted / declined → Hired, with Rejected, Withdrawn, On hold, and Deboarded as side states at any point.

  8. 08

Bring in outside recruiters when you need to

Add a staffing agency as a Vendor on a job order. Their recruiters get their own login, see only the job orders you've assigned them, and submit candidates straight into your pipeline.

  9. 09

    Pay for what you use

A flat monthly subscription (14-day free trial first) covers the platform. AI matching is billed separately and metered per delivered match, at a lower per-match rate as your volume grows.
